Shawn Leayman
President
Shawn Leayman founded Strategic Wealth Alliance Group in 2016. He holds an insurance license, and has been in this industry since 2006, working with a variety of financial institutions, as well as an independent agent. He strives to work with people and hopefully help guide them during the important process of planning for retirement. Shawn has a wife, Carol, and two children, Jaidon and Savannah. He also has one dog named Kaida.
Joshua Ottinger
Vice President
Joshua Ottinger joined Strategic Wealth Alliance Group in 2018 as an agent and owner of the firm. He holds an insurance license and a Series 65 license. Josh understands the importance of ensuring clients can have confidence and peace of mind throughout their retirement. This is why Josh decided to enter the financial services industry, after previously being an engineer. Josh is married to his wife, Nicki, and they have two daughters, Grace and Charlotte.
Alaina Jarrett
Chief Operating Officer / Client Services
Alaina oversees all company operations as well as manages our PA & NJ offices. Alaina also manages existing client accounts and client in-service requests pertaining to RMD’s, withdrawals, beneficiary changes and so on. For questions regarding your active account, please contact her.
Shanna Cateriny
Transfer Department Manager
Shanna oversees and handles all new accounts being set up as well as requests pertaining to adding funds to current policies. Shanna also manages our FL office. For questions on setting up a new account or adding funds please contact her.
Mike George
Event Coordinator
Mike organizes and manages all of our dinner seminars and client events. He has a degree in hospitality management and has spent the last 10 years managing some of the most prestigious hotels in the Lehigh Valley. He also has an insurance license and a genuine passion to serve people. Mike is married to his wife Jennifer, and has a daughter named Josie residing in Allentown, PA.
Donna Giacobbe
Office Support
Donna works out of our PA office and assists with answering phones and data entry. She helps in all administrative support and if you have any general questions, she can get you to the right person.
Chris Yetter
Financial Services Representative
Chris is a fully licensed financial services representative that specializes in the life insurance sector here at Strategic Wealth Alliance Group. Chris works alongside of clients in helping them with all their financial needs. Chris currently resides in Zionsville, PA with Wife Kayla, and two daughters, Rylie, and Rowan.
